I just noticed with the Nvidia program it looks like its on a low res screen when I move it over to the TV. I have check and other people are having this issue with IE11 and dual screens.
No problems with Chrome it keeps the same zoom for both screens. But the solutions I've seen people suggest don't work. I have tried advance settings in IE11 for zooming or scaling. I repair computers all the time, and can usually find solutions for problems, but I don't think they are looking to fix this one.
